Teresa leads Creative Strategy at Condensed. She has been building brands and developing marketing strategies for startups for close to two decades.
Her career began far from the startup world, at big powerhouses like NBC and Digitas (now LBI). Working with corporate clients like American Express and Verizon, Teresa developed her creative direction skills and began daydreaming about launching her ideal agency - with the talent level found at a big agency but without losing the personal connection that nimble operation allows for.
In 2005, Teresa co-founded mimoYmima with her husband Brent. Her love of design and her natural ability to manage creative projects helped develop innovative brands and online experiences for a wide array of small businesses in Brooklyn. The agency evolved to focus more on branding and change-making startups, and in 2012 mimoYmima rebranded to Condensed. Since then, their tight-knit team has stayed deliberately small, often acting as an extension of their select client's teams.
Teresa's passion for entrepreneurship and the local community led her to launch a second venture in 2012, Cut & Crafted, which hosted a series of maker events that received accolades from The New York Times, Time Out, PureWow and others. That venture ended in 2019 after she left the city for the Hudson Valley, where she lives with her husband, two boys and one sassy pup.
